Which products and manufacturing services do you offer?
We manufacture storage tanks, water tanks, hot-water cylinders, hot-water storage tanks, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, distribution manifolds, wastewater lifting units and mixing equipment. Our manufacturing pages also describe our cutting, welding and assembly work.
What information should I provide for a tank quotation?
Specify the product or fluid to be stored, the required capacity, operating conditions and installation space. If available, include a dimensioned drawing, connection details and the equipment you need. Any missing details can be clarified when reviewing the quotation request.
Do hot-water cylinders and hot-water storage tanks do the same job?
Our hot-water cylinder page covers coil-heated and electric options for preparing hot water. Hot-water storage tanks store hot water in central systems to meet peaks in demand. Share your heat source and hot-water requirements so we can discuss the appropriate product.
Which stainless steel materials do you use?
Material specifications vary by product. For example, AISI 316L is specified for the product-contact surfaces of solution preparation vessels; our hot-water cylinder and hot-water storage tank pages list 304L, 316 and 316L options. Material selection should be considered together with the fluid and operating conditions.
Which welding methods are used?
Our production uses TIG, MIG/MAG and manual metal arc welding. You can explore the methods on our welding page and send us the material and joint details for your enquiry.
