How to use
For fillets enter two perpendicular legs; for single V enter thickness, full V angle, root gap and cap height. Add length, density and consumable allowance.
Example calculation
a = b = 5 mm; L = 1000 mm; ρ = 7900 kg/m³; p = 10% → A = 12.5 mm²; V = 12.5 cm³; m = 0.09875 kg; mt = 0.108625 kg.
Calculation method

Calculation limits
Triangular fillet; V groove assumes zero root face and triangular cap. No penetration or shrinkage. Consumable percentage is an added allowance, not deposition efficiency.
